My Story
Hi, my name is Donel and I'm the owner of The Treat Boutique. If you know me, you know I have so much love for cooking and baking. I have been making treats and goodies for my friends and family for many years. In the summer of 2021, I made it official and started a home-based baking business, The Treat Boutique, LLC. I specialize in custom treats with personalized touches such as custom tags, and detailed packaging and presentation. I love having the opportunity to make treats for special events, parties, and gatherings. It brings me joy to create memories and traditions with my edible creations.

I ordered 3 dozen Bridal Shower cookies from THE TREAT BOUTIQUE by Donel Hakes. These cookies taste perfect- not too sweet and just the right amount of icing. I would buy again and give an A+. Donel is a pleasure to work with. She's prompt with communication and gives great ideas for cookie designs. So glad I found a new bakery in Carmel.

Donel and her crew were AMAZING and made our oldest daughter’s 16th birthday one for the books!Everyone of all ages had a blast and who doesn’t love cookies and great photos! It was a built in party favor and you receive the link for all the photos from the sugar shots so they are not gone once you eat the cookies. Seamless, we did not have to worry about a thing! Definitely recommend! Xoxo
