Cancellation policy

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled at least two weeks before the scheduled pickup/delivery date, and a full refund will be issued. Orders canceled 7-13 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date will receive a 50% refund. Orders canceled within 6 days before, or on the scheduled pickup/delivery date will not be refunded. In this case, store credit may be issued and must be redeemed within 6 months.

All sales are final for items purchased through pre-sales or pop-up events.
