Terms of service

PAYMENT/RESERVATION:

Full payment is required to secure the order and reserve the date. If the invoice remains unpaid, your reservation may be canceled and given to another customer. If the payment fails to go through contact The Treat Boutique for support, or the order will not be confirmed.

Credit/debit cards are accepted through the website. Please contact The Treat Boutique if paying through Venmo, cash, or check.

The Treat Boutique requires all custom orders to be placed a minimum of two weeks before the pickup/delivery date. Orders placed within the two week window can be fast tracked to the front of the line for an additional fee: 

  • 20% fee on orders placed 8-13 days in advance

  • 30% fee on orders placed 5-7 days in advance

  • 40% fee on orders placed 4 days in advance

  • 75% fee on orders placed 3 days in advance

The Treat Boutique may waive fees depending on availability.

Order pickup/delivery date may be changed at least two weeks before the originally scheduled pickup/delivery date with no additional fee. If a date change is requested within 13 days before or on the originally scheduled pickup/delivery date a fee of 30% of the total order  will be applied. An invoice will be sent for any additional charges and must be paid to confirm order changes.

Orders may be canceled at least two weeks before the scheduled pickup/delivery date, and a full refund will be issued. Orders canceled 7-13 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date will receive a 50% refund. Orders canceled within 6 days before, or on the scheduled pickup/delivery date will not be refunded. In this case, store credit will be issued and must be redeemed within 6 months.

Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.

All sales are final for items purchased through holiday pre-sales or pop-up events.

ORDER CUSTOMIZATION:

Flavors and quantities need to be chosen when the order is placed. Changes can be requested up to 7 days before, but are not guaranteed and may include an additional charge. An invoice will be sent for any additional charges and must be paid to confirm order changes.

Due to copyright laws, characters and logos may not be used without permission. However, orders can be customized to complement the theme.

The Treat Boutique has free creative/artistic control over design/theme within the order customizations.

The Treat Boutique has the right to photograph or record orders for display and/or promotional purposes. The media will not be used until after the event/occasion has taken place.

TREAT CARE:

A care card will be included with every order. The care card includes instructions to ensure the freshness and quality of the order. The Treat Boutique is not responsible for any damages that occur after items are picked up or delivered.

DISCLAIMERS:

Home-Based Vendor Notice: All products are home-produced and processed and the production area has not been inspected by the State Department of Health. THEY ARE NOT FOR RESALE.

Allergen Notice: Products are made in a home kitchen where they either contain or may come into contact with milk, wheat, eggs, nuts, soy, or other allergens. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify anyone consuming the treats of that risk, and will not hold The Treat Boutique responsible for any allergic reactions.

Payment serves as acknowledgment and agreement of these terms.
