How far in advance should I order my custom treats?
We require placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance. However, the earlier you book the better! Advanced reservations provide the greatest flexibility for custom designs and help ensure your order is secured on our calendar.
As a custom bakery, each order is created specifically for your event. This lead time allows us to:
    •    Order any specialty ingredients or custom supplies needed for your design
    •    Perfect the details and personalization of your treats
    •    Schedule production time to ensure every order receives the attention it deserves
    •    Accommodate our limited booking calendar, which can fill quickly during busy seasons

What treats can I customize? How customized are we talking?
All treats listed under the Custom Treats section can be customized. We offer customizations that range between cake flavor to sprinkle color. Each item will have the customization options listed below the information section. We also offer custom made designs for sugar cookies, tags, or stickers. Custom tags or stickers may also be added to items for an additional $12/dozen.
Where are you based?
We are currently operating as a licensed home-based vendor. All treats are made within the home - however we have some exciting news about a new location coming soon!
What is gluten friendly?
We offer gluten free treats, however we are a kitchen that uses gluten in other items. Surfaces, utensils, and other kitchenware are all thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to prevent cross contamination. However we want to be completely transparent that we are not a completely gluten free kitchen, so we prefer the term Gluten Friendly.
